All our packages and prices are clearly listed on the Pricing page. Any work outside what's listed in your package (a premium add-on) is billed separately, and you'll be informed before we start on it.
We typically require an advance payment before starting work, with the remainder due on delivery or as agreed. Payment methods:
Once an advance payment is received and work has begun, it is generally non-refundable, except in exceptional cases (such as a complete failure to deliver on our part), which are handled case-by-case.
Delivery time varies by package — typically 2–5 days for a landing page, 5–7 days for an e-commerce website, and around 10 days for the Pro package. Actual delivery may take a little longer in some cases, such as pixel/tracking setup or other special requirements. Timelines also depend on receiving content/information from the client in a timely manner.
A reasonable number of revisions are included during development. After the site goes live, structural changes (new pages/features) are treated as new work and may require a separate quote.
Every package includes 1 month of free support after launch (bug fixes, minor updates). After this period, a support charge applies — fixing an existing problem/bug is covered by that charge, but adding a new feature will cost extra on top.
Once payment is complete, full control of the website's code, domain connection, and hosting belongs to the client. There are no monthly lock-in fees.
We're committed to delivering quality work, but we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services going down or changing (hosting, payment gateways, courier APIs, ad platforms).
