By using or ordering services from GYT Web Solutions, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services & Packages

All our packages and prices are clearly listed on the Pricing page. Any work outside what's listed in your package (a premium add-on) is billed separately, and you'll be informed before we start on it.

2. Payment

We typically require an advance payment before starting work, with the remainder due on delivery or as agreed. Payment methods:

Once an advance payment is received and work has begun, it is generally non-refundable, except in exceptional cases (such as a complete failure to deliver on our part), which are handled case-by-case.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery time varies by package (typically 1–5 days for a landing page, 5–7 days for e-commerce/Pro packages). Timelines depend on receiving content/information from the client in a timely manner.

4. Revisions

A reasonable number of revisions are included during development. After the site goes live, structural changes (new pages/features) are treated as new work and may require a separate quote.

5. Support

Every package includes 6 months of free support (bug fixes, minor updates). Support requested after this period may be subject to a separate retainer/charge.

6. Ownership

Once payment is complete, full control of the website's code, domain connection, and hosting belongs to the client. There are no monthly lock-in fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

We're committed to delivering quality work, but we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services going down or changing (hosting, payment gateways, courier APIs, ad platforms).
